It's a very nice atmosphere and a fresh and clean salon! Samantha did highlights in my hair and they turned out absolutely perfect. I can really recommend the salon and Samantha! Those who work there are professionals and very nice! You also get an included hand and arm massage, and a drink when arriving! Really really good service. They called the day after to check everything was going fine too. As i said, go there if you want your hair to turn out great, i got real satisfied :)

Every time I go to Neff Studio in Cape Coral I am well pleased with my hair cut. I finally found a place where you can tell the stylist what you want and she does it right. Love the scalp massage, warm town on your face and arm and hand massage prior to your hair being cut. So glad my friend recommended them to me.

Love all the services they provide for free when you go in to get a haircut. They did a great job with my hair, and loved the arm and hand massage. The best part is they do it all without expecting a tip for it. I will definitely go back.

I recently discovered this Aveda Concept salon in Cape Coral. I've done my hair w/ Matthew Neff twice. The highlights an color are exceptional! I am very happy w/ their work and professionalism.

I first went to Neff Studio during one of their Cut-A-Thons. The fact that they give back to the community earns big points to begin with. I had Cindy who gave a great haircut, and I decided I would probably go back. When I recieved a follow up call (from the owner seeing how my service was),I decidedI would definitely go back. The customer service is great, and withconsultation, aromatherapy scalp massage, warm facial towel and lower arm massage all before you even get your haircut - this is a true gem!

Horrible service and ever worse customer service. This salon sells Aveda products which I love but when I purchased something new $40 worth, on THEIR recommendation, they would not exchange them because I didn't have a receipt.
I spoke directly to the owner who was extremely unhelpful, condescending and downright rude.
This is a referral salon and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I made an appointment at this location as a treat to myself. My haircut was very different than what I asked for. As a matter of fact, there were long strands of hair in the back that the girl totally missed. I was charged an extra processing fee for my color because I was told it would keep my color longer. It did not last any longer than if I had colored it at home. The total time it took for my appointment: 4 hours. My husband was late for work because he was watching my son. I would be AFRAID to ever go back. I got my haircut fixed at Supercuts (ironically) and it looks much better.
