I recently discovered Transform Physical Therapy & Pilates. I saw physical therapist Kimberly Ganz and felt like she really took the time to understand the complexities of my health issues (spine scoliosis, knee pain, sciatica, etc.) as a physical therapist and then gave me a safe yet challenging Pilates session with all my limitations in mind. I couldn't be happier! I'm not only getting in shape, I'm decreasing some of the back pain I was in before I started with her. I had to leave a review for this local business, it's a wonderful concept to combine both Pilates and physical therapy.
