Had a 30 min. scrub, 60 min. massage, 60 min. facial through
Living Social. The girl who did my scrub was so bad I started asking her questions. From what I could get, she was a student
doing her internship. The massage was also bad, and lasted less then 35 min. Then Videll came in to do my facial. She is a
massage therapist, not a licensed esthetician. I told her the
girl who did my scrub & massage was not ready to treat clients.
The facial was rough & painful. After she put the mask on she
said she would be back in 5 min. and left the room. She then
returned 25 min. later. Even with her 25 min. exit, my facial lasted less than 45 minutes.

strange place. air of tension. who needs that. massage very good but less than an hour. staff seems afraid of owner. felt tense when I left.

Videll's is a gerat place to go..i had mussle pane in my back for weeks .I went to Vidells and she was wonderful first asked what problems I was having . usually no one asked i got a full hour and she started working on the mussel..she really knew what she was doing and when she was done ...wow The mussel pain was not theis any more ....i felt great what a wonderful place.... Had a fantastic day at the spa with my girlfriends! Videll's Spa was comfortable and relaxing and her staff and services were top notch. Our facials and massages were so good, we scheduled another spa day for us all.

The massage with Videll was awful! I asked her numerous times to ease up on the pressure because I am sensitive and she continued to push as hard each time. I asked her not to crack my neck or back because I have fractures and she continued to crack anyway. Certain spots were ticklish and normally, a massage therapist would shy away from those spots. I must have been amusing her because she continued on the same ticklish spots over and over again and even commented, "we'll now that I know the spots, I am going to keep going back there". Lastly, she grabbed fistfuls of my hair and pulled (even around the crown of my head) and even thought i said it hurt, she continued and claimed I would thank her for it later. Now that it is the day later, I am furious because I am in so much more pain than I was before the massage and I am out $95 for a horrible massage.

The woman who runs this place is mean and rude. I tried to get my money back but she said she doesn't offer refunds. Stay Away.

I made an appt for my wife at 4:30pm for a 1/2 hr massage and pedi. Videll asked me to pre-pay for the services which I agreed to do. We arrived at 4:30 however my wife was not taken back until 5:15pm. We needed to leave due to dinner reservations. Videll nicely refused to offer a refund for the massage but pushed us to take a raincheck. My wife agreed In order to not ruin the night with me and make a scene.I called later to explain I do not feel I should have been charged for the 1/2 massage since they started 45 minutes late. Videll explained they would not refund my money and would only offer a raincheck. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING VIDELL.
