Every time I've gone in for a haircut, I always walk out not only LOVING my style, stylist, other stylists and THIER clients (we all chat) but it really is such a "family" atmosphere. I love the products and have been using them well over 20 years. A stylist had to go back to check on another client, and I had told her original client all that she needed, the stylist agreed, and it was a nice little sale for them and a joy for me as well! On slower days or days (rarely) that I may have to wait (even 5 minutes) they will come out and do my make up too! The products CAN be very overwhelming, but the staff is not only knowledgable about them, they're EXCITED about them…..because THEY WORK. The PRICES for AVEDA products are KILLER but so reasonably priced here. Combine it with a classy yet understated salon, an open and welcoming staff, and I'm a little GLAD it's a bit hidden! I don't ever want to have to go anywhere else! (and FYI-- Kari is my diva maker….LOVE HER!!!!)
