I have used this salon for several years. The quality of service has decline in the past year, but the prices have gone up. The salon itself is beginning to look worn and needs a "style" makeover. Some members of the staff are loud and think clients need to hear their opinions and problems. Everyone seems rushed and overall it is not a very relaxing experience after a hard days work. The owner/manager needs to get her staff under control and start focusing on the client confort.
