beautiful salon
I started going to salon sanctuary because my hairdresser started to work there when they opened. I would follow her anywhere. The salon itself is beautiful very clean, quiet not a loud salon. Very relaxing. The only complaint I have is the front part of the salon. The receptionists were very rude the past 3 times I went there or if I call to make a appointment they can be very curt.I also sent my sister there which she went about 5 times and changed salons due to the rudeness. It's not a cheap salon service should be better as far as the front end is concerned. Unfortunately I still go there because I will follow my stylist anywhere.

Not what I expected
The websites really make it seem like its better than it really is. They recently opened and you can clearly tell they are struggling. My service was OK but the stylist, Anna, did not go by what I wanted and the rest of the employees seemed like they were just hanging out instead of working. Not professional, not customer friendly, very frustrating and not worth what I paid for AT ALL. I will probably never return, no matter how many pathetic coupons or advertisements they attack you with.
