This spa is very nice and relaxing with a very full range of services to choose from. Considering that it is a high-end boutique spa, the prices are fairly typical and reasonable for a spa. With a Greenwich location it's great for a day of shopping and treating yourself.

Serenity Spa is the best spa in town! They do the best brazilian wax ever. The facials are great as well. And everyone is so nice!

usually, this lady i went to was really nice and great. then one time, i got this other lady who said she was really good, had waxed all these celebrity's eyebrows, and i was like ok, sure whatever. and then she goes and BURNS my eyebrows and upper lip VERY badly. needless to say, i was very upset. now i almost always get burned regardless of where i go to wax. i've had to now find this new expensive place just so i don't get burned. the other lady i used to have was always nice though, so i don't completely hate the place. i just can't go back because i am so angry at this lady, and the fact that she told me my eyebrows looked really good and the redness was going down (she gave me the mirror to look at it for like 2 seconds), and then when i got home, i realized what an awful job she did and what a liar she clearly was.
