Granted, I came from a much lower cost of living environment, but $200 for a cut and color seemed eggregious to me, especially given that when I was leaving, he said he was going to comp the color since it was my first visit. The clerk did not, I discovered later. The cut looked okay when Becker styled it, but I honestly couldn't do anything with it for weeks. The place could cut expenses by not having what seemed like five people for every customer in the small establishment. It was a little creepy - you never knew who was going to be touching you. I had parts of me fall asleep they left me so long in the rinse chair (which vibrated, which was nice). In order to find a parking space reasonably close, I had to use the parking lot next door that was strictly for another store's patrons. I have chosen not to return.
