I trusted Supercuts employees with my hair because a friend refer me. The worst thing I have done. The "hairstylist" completely ruin my hair. I gave her a picture and explain how I wanted my hair well it was like if I told hair how I wanted the hair at all. It's uneven and I told her I wanted pointy sideburns and she gave me square looking ones. She didn't dust me off at all and did not gave me a mirror to see the back of my hair. She was in a hurry because her kids just came in to the store to get their haircuts.. She was unprofessional as well, she didn't notice a friend was sitting near by and I was told the hairstylist was talking trash about me, because I made it clear to her I did not like my hair cut. When I got home the back wasn't cut at all and that was one of the reasons why I wanted a hair cut. I paid for her to ruin my hair. She did a horrible job, fast job because she wanted to take care of her kids. I paid for the haircut and I truly regret doing so.
