I've been going to Rock Star Nail Salon & Spa for over a year now and I love it! The atmosphere is so much fun, the nail art is phenomenal and the nail techs are awesome! I highly recommend this salon for a great nail experience and good time overall!

I love the ability to schedule online, professional staff, huge menu of services and the fact that if you are not happy they will fix it. We all have bad experiences no matter where we go but RSNS uses good products and are skilled in their work. If that tech can't do what you want they won't do it rather than upsell you and not be happy. I love Darnel and have been seeing her for a few years now. She stands behind her work and that of her other techs. I can't leave out the fact that the salon is well ventilated an doesn't smell like acrylic like the cheap chop shops. They all speak English so that's pleasant. My only problem is... i can never decide what to get! So many choices!

Look at the genbook reviews and you will truly see how our reviews are. Unforutnately at times we have to let go of people that have worked here and of course there will always be unhappy people in the service industry but they are amazing and they all stand behind their work. You gotta give them a try you will be pleasantly suprised and again google the shop and you will see the real results of the nail salon.

I went to Rock Star Nails because I had a gift card for a pedicure. Everyone at the salon was really nice and their customer service was great. But I was not impressed with the pedicure. Maybe I am used to the efficiency of the little Asian ladies that I usually see, but this pedicure seemed to take forever. And I didn't realize until after I left that the tech didn't even cut my cuticles. Luckily the pedicure was a gift because I would never pay that kind of money to have someone rub lotion on my feet and paint my toenails. My experience may have been a fluke, but I probably won't go back again.

Terrible experience. There was lumps in the nails..so I went back to get it fixed..the nail tech cut me with the dremal .then two nails popped off the very next day. I tried to complain to a boss and staff acted very negligently and immature. Being a cosmetologist myself, I would NEVER subject myself to such poor service again! If your looking for true rock star nails,this definitely isn't the place!

I went in for a set of Rockstar nails and toes. After one week they are lifting my nails on my hands look like a beauty school student did them. The nails are not worth wht I paid for them. If you are a new customer they give you to someone who hasn't been there very long. Her electric file has a short in it and she did not file my nails very good. Went back and the Store owner said that that's how they do nails.
Find a new nail salon.
