Do not go there! It's simply BAD! This is the first salon I've been in Fort Collins so I can not compare to others around here, but I know I'll NEVER go there again. The only thing that did OK was pedicure but everything else was real disaster (hair, waxing and face). Try to avoid Manager since all you're gonna hear is "I'm sorry you don't like it". I've tried to talk to the girls but that was pointless as well.
Before you go there make sure that your appointment is still on because they'll let you know about changes no earlier then at the time you already get there.
Seriously, the worst place I've ever been in last 15 years.
