Being fairly new to the area, I used to bounce around from place to place in hopes of finding a good brow waxer. Shelly is warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgable, kind, and always has a great attitude. She uses a high quality wax and there is barely or no residue afterwards, unlike the other places around town I've been. The usual redness due to this type of service is almost non-exsistent. She's very thourough, and I'm finally on a consistent schedule. Four thumbs up and twenty gold stars!
