My haircut was UNEVEN, & my color excessively bled out! When I called, they tried to blame me for it. Not worth the $$. Mia, who did my hair, did want to fix it bc she said she's too incompetent & I had too much knowledge on hair & it made her uncomfortable.They're very unprofessional, kept hanging up on my husband when he was trying to either get my hair fixed or our money back. Viva's money hungry, they don't care about their clientele, they're an embarrassment and I truly feel sorry for them and anyone who visits their "salon".

I receive a very bad hair cut. I went in for a long layer and i recevied a short hair cut. I did not no what to do.I research for hair extension and read about Antonio, an educator of hair extension, educator with Dream Catcher By Paris Hilton, Great Lengths, and Ball Main. He did a amazing job on my hair, you can not even tell my hair to the extension. I just love Antonio and Viva Salon. I won't go any were else.
