To say that Parker's technique is exceptional would be an understatement. I had booked a relaxation massage and had taken advantage of a special she was offering of an extra 30 min for free. We talked about my problem areas and we decided to do some deeper work mixed with relaxation. She made me a beautiful essential oil mix and started our session.
I cannot explain how, but she opened up my shoulders and created movement in my neck with very little discomfort. I could feel her encouraging my muscles to respond, instead of beating on them - like I have experienced with other massage therapists. There is definitely knowledge and experience in her hands.
Since my 1st session I have tried her Reiki, Thai yoga, and her Chakra Blossom massage - all of which I heartily recommend.
