Unkept, dirty, didn't not work. The lady doing my laser hair removal and my friends did not have clean sheets or a clean floor ANY time we came. We did 7 laser treatments and I did not lose any hair. After all that pain...I bought the GROUPON and it was a waste of money. she's very nice but totally unprofrssuonal. Literally there is not even a spot of hair missing. Go to a professional establishment because this one is not worth your money or time.

I was supposed to get a 90-minute massage and only received 70 minutes. Melinda was scheduled to be my therapist but I got stuck with a new guy just out of school and all he did was complain about how little money he makes. My appt. was rescheduled because the first time I showed up to a locked business. What a terrible way to run a business. I hope you go under soon.

I have tried to set up a massage appointment twice for a groupon that I received as a gift. Four months later and I have yet to receive what was paid for. The first time the appointment was set two months out, and I was called the day before saying that they would have to reschedule. However they set my appointment more than a month out. Then when I showed up there was no one there to help me or no one there to do the massage. I didn't get a phone call beforehand and have yet to receive a call back. I don't know that this is so much a problem with the massage therapist, but the person who handles her scheduling. I am sympathetic to the fact that the massage therapist had to reschedule but the customer service with the person who handles her scheduling has been poor.

I scheduled a 90-minute massage with them in February. After being rescheduled 2 times, I got my massage in April. (By then, I had also bought a Groupon to the same place and scheduled an appointment later in April.) When I got there for my 9:00 appt, the massage therapist was late and didn't have a key to get in. We finally got into the building at 9:10, my massage was mediocre, and he ended my massage at 10:30. That's not 90 minutes. Then, my other appointment was rescheduled twice - and now they can't get me in for another two months! I'm done with them.

It was my first time doing Laser Hair Removal at all in my life so I was nervous ... naturally. After speaking to Jerri and asking many questions she put my mind at ease and I followed through with the experience. Not only does she help guide you on what to expect before the process, but she really tries to help you achieve your goal of being hairless after your treatments as well. I really am enjoying my experience with her.
