I am actually not able to rate how well they cut or style hair as I never was able to complete my appointment for cut and color services. I reserved a 3pm appointment and did not even get brought back to get my hair washed until close to 4pm. (I never even got an apology for having to wait so long) After the wash, the stylist stuck me under the dryer and left me there for nearly 40 minutes. I finally walked out. I purchased a gift package and will be attempting to exchange it with the company I purchased it from as I will never step foot in this salon again.
