Prices were outrages compared to the worst service ever received at a "spa". They did HORRIBLE jobs on nails. Didnt know how to do French tips, used scotch tape to make french lines!!!!! The lady doing my cousin's nails snared when asked to do something, she addressed her as "Whoever Whatever" and shot off at the mouth when we were displeased! THey need people who are courteous to their customers, people who are EXPERIENCED and know what theyre doing! On top of that, I recieved a pedicure which lasted about maybe 7 minutes! No massage ! And got polish on my skin! I got a manicure as well and received no hand massage, nor lotion. Had NO variety in shellac colors. Just overall AWFUL !! In additon, I received numerous apologies from one lady apologizing for her collegue's actions. Says a lot!! Dont waste your money and time!

They offer nail service...when their nail techs can't even glue the fake nails on. Their selection of nail colors is ridiculous! They have maybe 25 colors to choose from,some of which are repeat colors. They didnt even hve enough nail supplies...the two girls were constantly reaching over eachother to grab a tool that they needed.They cant even polish nails let alone any other nail techniques. They did gel on my nails,which bubbled n looked warped. Plus at least 7of my nails lifted n the front before I even left the shop. My girls who r under the age of 8 could've done a much better job then they did. So save ur time n energy n money for a place that's worth it!!!!
