I have received 7 tattoos from Da Wei, and every one has been perfect. I received 3 other tattoos from other places, and have had them "fixed" at Da Wei. Lily and Da Wei are very nice and knowledgable and are honest with what will and won't work. They don't give tattoos that will "fall apart" or are too small. If your a first timer or old pro, I suggest getting 1 tattoo from them. You won't be sorry.
