I asked for lowlights in my very pretty blond hair. Ended up with dark dull nasty all over black hair! He knew he messed up so he paraded me around and lied and said to everyone at the salon who would listen, "DOesn't she look GREAT!" What a joke. He was trying to cover up his mistake. THen I paid him $200 for the monstrosity. I ended up having to pay other hairdressers more than $600 all told to begin to fix the mess and had to cut most of it off. My experience was not good.

Inexperienced staff gave me the ugliest color and highlight of my life (at an outrageous price.) When I returned to give them the opportunity to fix their mess, they made it worse. This place is beautiful from the outside but the inside experience doesn't live up to the HYPE. They're WAY overpriced, incredibly unskilled, and UNCARING. Your local barber could do a much better job and save you hundreds of dollars!

I was not satisfied with my experience at this salon. The service and people were great but that was about it. The price was very expensive at almost $400.00 for a cut and color with Walter. This was way overpriced and not worth it. I am very disastisfied with my look, especially the color. When I called them back to let them know, the girl who answered the phone said I was over the 2 week period and too bad, they wouldn't do anything about my disatisfaction. I call this poor customer service.
