| User Review - M C | Bad white orchid day spa and salon experience...
Eek! I have come to the white orchid salon twice. The first time was pretty good. No complaints. However, this time I was so shocked at the horrible attitudes and services with which i was treated. Upon entering the salon I requested a pedicure with "heart" designs. I asked if that would be possible and was assured that the gentleman that worked there could do the design. After my toes were painted and I inquired once again on the "heart" design, i was told that this was not possible - "we only do flowers" they stated. Huh??? Why was i not told this initially? Then, when i asked for a gel manicure the woman gave me some serious attitude! To top it off, they used dirty nail files instead of fresh ones to do my nails and I paid a whopping 75 bucks for nails and toes i was not happy with! All i wanted was to look nice for my upcoming graduation ceremony, and i went away feeling horrible. Don't know what happened to this place, but I will not be spending my hard earned money here again. :(

The ambiance is relaxing and the wonderful Thai crafts that make up the decorations give this family owned spa a warm and welcoming touch. When I think of a place to go to relax, White Orchid is my one stop shop if you will. I get my hair cut beautifully, mani and pedi which lasts for weeks and weeks (the chairs are very comfortable and oh sooo relaxing), the great tea and friendly conversation helps me wind down anyday of the week. The massages are heavenly and the waxing...forget about it...it truly is my one and only spa stop...
