Fringe will not accept their own certificates bought though TownHog (like Groupon). They actually cancelled an appointment and stated that even though I bought the certificate, they hadn't been paid by TownHog so they will not provide service. Basically, their problem is mine and I am just out $100. Further, as none of the other vendors have had this issue, I am left to assume that Fringe WAS paid and just outright acting fraudulently.
Lastly, in looking at their reviews on Yelp and others, their ratings went from 5 star to 1 star in the last 4 months. I guess this was their way of getting quick money and then closing down. I am only guessing as since they cancelled my appoint,net, they have refused communication.
