    Incompetent workers
    I have highlights and my roots were growing out so I went in today to have them done and the girl dyed my roots black! Who in their right minds is going to dye someones roots black when the rest of the hair is light brown with blonde highlights. The girl who did my hair had long black hair and had tattoos all over including one of a skull on her foot. She was an idiot it turns out she has no experience and has been there only two days. Who would hire someone like her and an even better question is who would let her take on a client without someone watching her. Worst hair day ever.

    not even a simple hair cut.
    I will never be going back. I asked for a Kyle Jenner and she gave me a Michael Jackson. I showed the lady the exact hair style I wanted and she completely disregarded it. Now I need to let it group out just do I can get the no layer hair cut I wanted.
