Richard did my hair from a picture I brought in and i haven't been able to find someone that can transform my hair into a 'me' version of the picture. He was honest, upfront about how long it would take me to get there (3 cuts) while I had to grow it out. He offered free bang trims in between cuts to relieve the cost. I trust him to tell me when my hair needs conditioning help without the pressure of a selling pitch. I love the calm atmosphere too.
