    I love the Professionails in Mission Viejo so I thought I'd try this one closer to home. Awful service, the two ladies never even looked up to speak to me, only talked right over me the entire time. They rushed through my nails so quickly, it was actually painful. Also my nail polish is already all peeled off after one day.

    Poor service. I was in this salon and I got my eyebrows waxed. (Something I do all the time) The person doing the wax job burned me so badly that when I came home, my eyes swelled up. I complained before I left the salon and they could see that I was hurt. They attempted to put a little cream to help. What really upset me was that I did go back one more time and was EXTREMELY uncomfortable because it was obvious the manager remembered me and was talking to the staff about what happened (in a different language. I feel that this was not very proffessional and have not ever been back.

    Jan is careful and conscientious about fills and manicures. My nails consistently look great and don't chip or break. Judy gives an amazing pedicure, being especially conscientious about callous removal and the massage is fantastic!
