Vince N Effect has been in Richmond for years, however, it seems that by now, there would be a more modernized feel to the establishment and a more professional feel. The "chair" is torn and sit's on a homemade box that makes you feel as if you are going to fall. I took my son there 1 time and did not get a good vibe. The owner, Vince, displayed signs of being snooty and conceited. Not the type of barber I would care for my son to be receiving services from.
