I had been some other places in Newport and by FAR this was te worst!
I don't even know how they are in business. The Dr, I feel was very rude and unprofessional. the nurse was nice enough but when I asked her some basic laser questions I felt like she didn't know the answers - well frankly, she didn't.
If I am going to haver someone do surgery on me or put a laser to my face, I want to feel confident that they know what they are doing.
I definately did not feel that.

| User Review - jen S | I FELT VERY PUSHED TO CLOSE BEFORE I REALLY HAD ANY TIME TO THINK
I went for a consultation about lipo to my hips and thighs and I was really uncomfortable with the unprofessionalism of the Dr - he kind of looked at me (walked around me) and picked out what he would change - stuff that I was comfortable with but driving home I started to really feel uncomfortable about.
In my opinion, a Dr is supposed to make you feel better, not worse, right?

| User Review - K S | VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Wow.
I went in to have a consult for Velashape (found out later it is the old machine). Note: I have a scar going across my stomach from a car accident.
When I took my pants off to show the area I wanted treated the nurse gasped and said "Oh my God! What happened to you!” pointing at it like I was a freak.
I was so ashamed that I actually started to tear up, and even though she apologized, I just was so embarrased I put my clothes on and drove home.

I had lipo done here - it is my fault that I did not do my research. I guess this Dr has outstanding lawsuits and I guess (so says his staff) has collection adgencies after him. I am currently looking into a lawyer as I don/t think I can be fixed.

I really like it here, had been going to another place and I wasn't very happy.
I decided to check them out and I am so glad I did. Very accommodating, and really cared about getting the results I was looking for. I highly recommend going.

I have tried a number of facilities in OC over the course of many years and this place is truly amazing. It's clean, professional, descreet and the staff really care about you. I have rarely ever been treated like this by any other place. You have got to try them.

I used to go to this place a long time ago but stopped because I moved. I have since moved back - and oh my God! What a difference!
the place is beautiful, the staff is ultra professional and they don't make it ll about the money. I come here for my lasers (brown pots) and only needed three sessions to get them gone completely. Also I am religious about my Botox. The nurse there is great and uses a cooler machine so you don't feel a thing!
