I have been going here for over 3 years as a drop in. My experience yesterday was by far the worst. Do not let THAO do your nails. He has a major attitude if you happen to make the slightest move of your hand, and gives you dirty looks if you do so. It was just an awkward situation even though I wanted to leave before they were finished. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and still left him a $5.00 tip and he didn't even say thank you at the end. So, please only use the ladies that work there as they truly know how a womans nail is supposed to look. And they're way friendlier than THAO.
