I've been a member of Gold's Gym for over 8 years. I typically workout at lunch. The Gold's in Mountain View recently moved their exercise room from a remote location into the main facility. The erected a wall and hold spinning and other type of exercise classes. The loud music inside the room creates a loud booming on the outside of the room. Now when I'm on an elliptical trainer or treadmill, I have to listen to a constant pounding. I've been cutting my workouts short because my blood pressure has goes up and am now looking for another place to work out.
