"Her myofascial work with me provided significant pain reduction not achieved by medication or even chiropractic care.
Her craniosacral work amazed me with quick results for headaches due partly to athletic injuries years ago.
Both therapies also assisted me with release of stresses trapped in my tissues from other emotional and physical trauma. There was seldom any discomfort at all. All this work was done with gentleness and genuine respect.”

"I had been involved in a car accident in May 1979 that broke my right leg. I had been experiencing a lot of pain for the past 30 years.
In 2000, I was told that I needed a knee replacement. I had difficulty walking and was in a great deal of pain all the time. In March 2010, my knee went out on me and I ended up on crutches. In August 2010 I received a total knee replacement.
Because I have had so many problems with my leg, my muscles had atrophied and I had severe muscle pain recovering from the surgery. I was so lucky to have found Juanita. I found immediate relief from the first day she started working on me. I am amazed that Juanita knows where the pain is and I am pain free when I leave her office. Without the Aston Patterning my recovery from the knee replacement would have been longer and more painful."
