Nancy custom designed 3 sessions and recorded them for me to listen to regularly. The sessions were based on what I felt I needed to accomplish, wanted to improve, and she added some suggestions I hadn't thought of that were perfect for me. Just listened to the 3rd session. Outstanding job Nan! I went into regular trance relatively easily and dropped way down 2 or 3 times for short periods...I believe the suggestions will be very, very helpful...I will need to have the discipline to focus and concentrate and with your sessions I know I can and will learn to do so...Many thank yous. I also believe you can "hold yourself out" as a golf hypnosis coach at this point...

I was having issues with procrastination and stress from not making enough progress on my dissertation. I had never considered hypnotherapy before, but after two sessions with Nancy my procrastination subsided and my stress reduced substantially. Since that point, I have written over 150 pages and I should graduate very soon. Nancy was amazing in this process. She was supportive, warm, caring, enthusiastic, and passionate. Highly recommended.
