Business is in a small room inside her house and doesn't have the proper utilities. The room is a mess, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned and there's dust and spider webs everywhere. It took her 6 hours just to bleach my roots and left the bleach on for more than 3 hours which gave me a really dry scalp and blisters. My roots are a lighter shade than the rest of my hair and there's a few spots that she missed. She charged me more than V.I.P hair salon in the AV Mall and they did more work on my hair than she did. I have to go back to the salon and spend more money to have it color corrected. What a waste of money!!!
