Unlike many SuperCuts locations, you CAN make an appointment (no more than 1 hour in advance). I suggest you find someone you like to cut your hair, and ask for them (or make the appointment). Everyone working there is friendly and wants you to get the cut and service YOU want (so you'll return, of course). I now drive 35 miles to get my hair done here (yes, they're worth it).
