I've been getting waxed for 13 years so I know what I'm talking about. I'm no rookie saying just because Kelly at Hot wax is nice she is great at her job. I've been getting waxed all over California. I'm a traveling nurse.
I moved here to fresno, went to another studio, horrible waxer fast and horrible. But, I do need to get waxed its something that can't be explained unless you've done it. So I kept searching and read great things About Hot Wax. I realize To keep this as short as possible... Kelly, at hot wax, takes the cake! Truly the best and least painful, cleanest wax I've ever had. Fast and efficient, very clean studio, private, where have you been all these years kind of place, not to mention,..affordable.
She educated me on things I've never been told before to care of my skin, and oh my goodness, The wax table felt a cloud.. My next waxers have some BIG shoes to fill. Thank you for giving me the kind of service and results I've never had till your place.

Ok ladies. I made a mistake last month and went to a wax place here in Fresno,because they were really cheap. Right on right...Well, I could tell the products were cheap, hense the cheap prices way cheaper for this type of industry. It hurt like hell, well, it always hurts, but, not like this, my hair was only 4wks out and nothing has changed for me, body wise I wasn't close to my period all the things that can make it more painful, were not a factor. Why else the cheap price right..my skin took way longer to recover than usual. ouch.
I went to Hot Wax 2 days ago. Best resutls Ive ever had, including going places for waxing while traveling.
Kelley at Hot Wax is the by far the best. Not everyone can wax vaginas/butholes, & butt cracks and still have grace while waxes us ladies. I felt super comfortable and she was very pleasent.
I tipped her well, What a smooth wax. My skin has never felt this relaxed after a brazilian wax. I know Ive been waxing for years.

I've been all over spas and waxing studios In California. Kelly at Hot wax was the least painful, smoothest and fastest wax I've ever had. She iis passionate, extremely knowledgable and skilled. Thank you Kelly for truly the best wax I've ever had in the Last 10 years. I will never stray...:)

Hot Wax is the best place I have gone to get a bikini wax. Kelly is wonderful and so sweet. She makes you feel at home and you leave the place so happy! I definitely recommend Hot wax!

I've been to all places "everywhere" . Some waxers are ok, good or get the job done...but, let me tell you. No one does it like Kelly at Hot Wax. She is the fastest, most knowledgable, skilled, least painful Brazilian wax I've ever had. Traveling and all. Even Vegas waxers didn't compare. WOW. This is truly an art and I get it now. I asked her how she got so good? She was so humble and yet confident and said...experience, the true passion for waxing, traveling for classes at least twice a year to take classes from master waxers, the best in the industry.
It took me 2 weeks to get a appointment.. Lol the second time 2 days, then I pre-booked for my last one. I didn't want to take a chance of not be able to get in since she's in high demand... That's ok, I can see why last minutes don't work for experts like her. Bonus, she's got a down to earth vibe about her. I love that she's so caring... Please don't ever retire Kelly at Hot Wax...Ashley!!!!!@!

The owner and waxer Kelly, was so nice and fast and really detailed. I read a review on yelp and thats how i found her. She really cared about me as a client and it showed. I usually feel like the person waxing me is not comfortable since i get the whole bikini (everything)!!! and Im sure Im not alone, but, i feel like most waxers don't really know what they are doing. It's been 2 weeks or so since my last wax and she knows how to give a wax that will last as long as it can.
I highly recommend to whoever loves waxing as much as I do;)I have found my waxer.

WOW, I have been all over and never really satisfied. I went in because I found a review on yelp and the review was right on point. She, Kelly the esthetician, was REALLY good at her job. I got a brazilian and Dermafile microderm treatment. My brazilian in comparison to all the other places I have gone was the least painful and most comfortable experience. I couldn't believe how clean I was.
She did a microdem treament and it was better than the microderm with the machine. I didn't believe it would be, but it was. I t was less painful, instant results and I could really see a true difference in my skin. I even fell asleep, which never happens during this type of service. I have found a really good esthetician who delivers. Try it for yourself.

what an amazing waxer. Kelly the owner of the studio realy knows how to make waxing not as painful as I've had it before. She gave me a brazilian and an eyebrow wax and, dermafile microderm. I have been to many places and went to Hot wax thinking It would be another average or under average experience where i would leave frustrated, but i was amazed, by the way this never happens. I will refer my friends to her. She was really nice, easy going and made me feel so comfortable. It felt like a friend/professional was working on me. I loved my experience....wow!!! I usually pay alot more and for just ok service. I am not from Fresno, and I was about to give up on finding someone like my old esthetican, and now, I can say ...shhhhhh... she is actually better than the lady I usually go to in L.A. Enjoy!!
