Went in, every one was dressed very nice, look impressive. Paid in full up front for glasses, when I received my glasses they had put in the wrong lenses. They apologized and promised to call when the correct lenses arrived. They also committed to processing the order right away. Over a weekk, no call from them. I called to find out status and was told "they just arrived today." Spoke with the office manager who obviously did not have the time to care about any customer concerns; very unprofessional and simi-rude. She just transfered the call to staff who made the mistake.
