April waxed my fiance 3 days before our wedding and did a terrible job. First she did a brazilian when my fiance didn't want it. Then literally tore her skin off and blamed her for everything because she was 5 minutes late and had "no time to communicate with her". What a joke! Then she blamed her again saying that sh is just to stressed out over the wedding. Of course she wanted to look perfect for her wedding, and thats what she's paying you for. Oh and why not overcharge her for the brazilian when she never wanted it to begin with. What ever happened to customer satisfaction and good customer service. This place is a joke and I would highly recommend that anyone who would like to be treated fairly for a mistake that the "professional" made, not to go here. TERRIBLE!!!!
