| User Review - l S | TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
I walked in one Saturday afternoon and was glad I didn't have to wait long. BUT they sat me in the one available "spa" chair which was broken and neither the technician or the desk staff was helpful, rather they tried to convince me that it was just a "soft massage!" The manager wasn't very helpful either and didn't offer any sort of compensation for not getting a "spa" manicure/pedicure as I requested and paid for. Moreover, the Vietnamese nail technician was talking rudely about my inquiry as well as insulting other clients in her native language, thinking I didn't understand. I told the not-so-helpful receptionist who only laughed when I explained the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & it smells of chemicals. I'M NEVER GOING BACK. Pay a few more dollars and go to a real nail spa like Sydnee Rose in Northridge.
