This salon/ beauty supply is terrible. I have shopped at this establishment for many years and I shop there for the product not the service. Everytime I go into this store/salon there is a middle Eastern woman with dirty blonde hair who gives me attitude and is absolutely rude. My most recent visit I had to exchange something and the woman put me on trial for it. I inquired if the item could be exchanged prior to being purchased and SHE said yes. Also, it states on the receipt you can exchange your item. I don't understand how an establishment that boasts it's great customer service on there website could give me heartache over an item that I was clearly unhappy with? Don't waste your money and time shopping here. I made a complaint to their salon manager and she insisted on arguing and lashing out at me. It's worth it to pay a little more at the beauty supply up the street at least they don't treat their customers like crap.
