It's one thing to have great prices, but to get top notch service to go with it is what makes Mila's so great. Laura is a credit to her profession. She is so good at catering the cut to the person like a tailor fits a suit. Her attention to detail shows the pride she takes in what she does. She genuinely cares about giving her clients a great grooming experience. She makes a friend out of each client.

Mila's salon is great. Her employee Amber did an amazing work on my hair. I have never been satisfied with a hair job here in Tucson before. The closest in this area to satisfying cut I Have gotten was in Nogales. I was very pleased with my cut and color.

I previously had tried several other lash places, until I was refered by a friend to Milas.The other salons were ok, but after truing Mila I have stopped looking around. I just have to say that Milas hair salon is just a great salon overall! My daughter and I have been going there for two years now. I have always gotten amazing customer service but most of all I have gotten the best results of what I had ask for! I get my hair cut and color done my Mila, Marina and Julie to name a few and they all have done a amazing job. My daughter gets her hair and her eyelashes done there too and we just love this place. We feel like we our home with friends every time we go there. The atmosphere is welcoming and we always have a good time at this salon. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants results!

I was very happy with my visit.The atmosphere was warm and calm. The workers helpful and not pushy. I was impressed with my hair stylist Marina who did a great job with my hair. I wanted a summery look but was afraid of getting highlights in case I end up looking like a zebra. Fortunately she put in highlights that were natural and blended. Marina advised the Brazilian Blowout for my dry, dull, brittle ends and I have to say it was an amazing improvement.She was kind enough to explain the best way to take care of my hair, what products will suite my hair and how I can keep the salon finished look even at home. I absolutely love the shampoo I purchased it gives my hair a smooth healthy glow. I also got a free hair cut fixing the former cut I got. The results where well worth the money and I will definitely be a regular at Mila's hair salon.

I tried Milas because they offered a Brazilian split end treatment that works great for my niece for growing out her hair. I made appt for color and split end treatment. I stated I wanted my over lightened blonde hair to be less bright and more strawberry blonde as I am naturally auburn. I did not want a haircut, just a baby trim because every stylist I've tried in Tucson for the past 2 yrs keeps layering my sides even when I say Im growing my hair back out and show them a picture. I received wheat brown hair with too much of a hair cut! So frustrating that i cant get anyone to really listen - they do what they want. $170 and my stylist could tell i was not liking the outcome - I said it was too dark and too short but oh well. i will survive but won't be back. I went home and did my own highlights 2 days later.

I dyed my hair at home and it came out ok but I still had a lot of yellow and orange tones. Then I made the mistake of going in my pool and the bottom half of my hair turned green! I went to Julie and she totally fixed my hair. It is a really nice light blonde without any orange, yellow or green. And the price was totally reasonable. :) Thank you so much Julie!

Great service, I took a picture of the cut I wanted and the stylist Julie did a fab job of creating a perfect match! I can't count the times I've left a salon only to find the styled cut near impossible to recreate. Julie not only managed to recreate the style perfectly, the cut was so precise that after shampooing and blow drying, even I was able to recreate the style with little effort. The salon environment was calm and clean. I would highly recommend Mila's to all my family and friends! Want a great cut? Stop shopping and go see Julie at Mila's!

I was having my hair and nails done at gadabout and I asked my stylist about eyelash extensions. She whispered just go to Milas. I was surprised that I would get a recommendation for another salon a gadabout, but my stylist said that is where several other stylists go. I made an appointment for my refills and have been going since. They were right. Milan is definitely the best i have tried. Highly recommend Milas for lashes.

I had to go to Tucson for my cousin's wedding and got some tape-in extensions from Mila's. The girl did such a good job, and she even made sure the hair matched mine perfectly. I loved how I looked with long, gorgeous hair. I'm thinking about going big and getting the hot fusion extensions! And I'll travel to Tucson from Flag just to go to Mila's! Thank you ladies...

Mila's has the best customer service I've found in a long time. I live in Juneau, Alaska and I visit Tucson about 2-4 times per year, to visit family. Since there are not really any good places (people) for haircuts in Juneau, I always save my cuts/colors for when I'm visiting in Tucson. I went to a couple of other places first, but then found Mila's my second year of visiting there. I FELL IN LOVE! Mila, the owner, is very nice and has gone out of her way previously to help me when I needed something redone by one of her stylists who was new. Then, I met Carmen! She is FANTASTIC!! And, she is now the Store Manager for the downtown location, so that's even better! I've had Carmen do my hair for the past couple of years now and am just thrilled. I am always looking forward to my visit to Carmen and Mila's when I know I'll be going on vacation!
Thanks so much, Carmen, for taking great care of me and always doing my hair perfectly!!

I am fairly new to Tucson, and was referred to Mila's after going elsewhere in search of a new stylist, and having my hair "butchered" at another salon. I called Mila's, explained what I was looking for, and was given an appointment with Kayla. I took in pictures, and Kayla spent time consulting with me before she began working on my hair. She really listened to what I wanted, and then gave me the best cut and style!! I am so happy to have beautiful hair, and Kayla's talent is the reason!! The services were reasonably proced, and the entire staff acted in a gracious manner towards each client!! I am ecstatic to have finally found the stylist and salon I will be going to from now on!!

I just got my hair done, they Permed, cut and styled my hair. My friends all commented on it and they all liked it. My friends don't tell me what I want to hear, They really do like my new style and so do I. The haircut was free with the perm, no complaints about the price! I will go back.
