After living in Tucson for three years and searching for the hair magician, I think I found him! Because of heavy medication, my hair is damaged. It won't hold a color and I found myself going back time after time for the exact same formula/treatment with the other salons. I am just an average person, by no means rich, Joe is so honest, he didn't try to sell me on anything. He told me he would know in 2 colorings if hair color would even work, and if not he will help me go gracefully through that grey process which I am hoping won't happen. But I have faith in him, he gave me the perfect cut to fit my face and head! LOVE him!!!!!!!
