I initially started going to Beauty Bar for Brazilian waxes. I wasn't much of a fan, so I decided to try getting my eyebrows and arms waxed. When she was done she didn't give me a mirror to check my eyebrows- should have been a red flag. Once I found a mirror to see how they looked I was sorely disappointed. My right eyebrow was waxed much thinner than the left one, and the shape was very disproportionate. When I asked her about this, she said that it was my eyebrow that was thin, not the fact that she had waxed it that way. She offered to make the other eyebrow look the same. Ha! No thank you. I will certainly not be visiting this establishment again. I understand it is very hard to start a business, but the business must be based on good customer service and quality work in order to succeed.

Just finished my fourth facial with Bb and I will not go anywhere else to get one. The service is outstanding and the spa is welcoming and inviting. I have referred all my friends and will continue to do so. If you want amazing services done this is the place to go!!!!

| User Review - Unsatisfied C | ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Massage therapist quit day of appt, so I could only get the facial. The facial was decent, but then had a bad skin reaction the following day. I had to go to a dermatologist, and receive topical steroids. When I contacted the manager, she blamed me for her mistakes. Then hung up the phone when I asked for my money back. Absolutely awful, will never return

Poor attempt of being a spa. You are treated like you are taking time out of their day and bothering them. Staff was rude but expected me to make a follow up appointment. I will never ever return. Don't waste your time go to a real spa.
