Lisa the manager who preformed the all over highlite did only a partial but charged for a full? Did not ask what color I wanted or how much and was not good at communicating she was more interested in using the last batch of bleach from a former customer on my hair and doing it in a short 2 hr an 15 min span while scheduling another customer. I have never had anyone do a full highlite and cut then blowdry and iron in less then 3-4 hrs. I had another stylist in California look at her work and she could not understand the random highlites that were misplaced and orange in color. I felt ripped off.
