My husband and I had a 2:00pm appointment. At 2:10 and at 2:15 we were told it would be just a few minutes more. At 2:30 they started a haircut on a walk-in who didn't have an appointment (who came in at the same time we did). We were still sitting there waiting. That was it for us. We left. I was really disappointment, too, because I was hoping I'd find a good salon so close to home.

I went in for a trim and she cut up to SIX INCHES off in some spots, and when I went home, it was ridiculously uneven on each side. When I called to fix the situation (which I had never done for any salon before), I was rudely told that I just "didn't know how to style my hair" in the style she cut it! Or, maybe this "stylist" doesn't know how to listen to a client, not to mention show a shred of professionalism.
