The stylist offered to place purple hilights. I look like a bedraggled mermaid. One single unevenly bleached blob on the top of my head is now grey-blue, liggy green and one strand of purple that only starts 2 inches after the blue. I don't trust this place to color correct this disappointing disaster.

I came in for what I thought was a simple color boost. Wanted a semi-permanent color gloss. Well, first they didn't have the color I wanted in the semi, so went with permanent. My roots ended up very hot. The hair dresser told me she thought it looked OK, but I told her I wanted to tone down the roots a little. She ended up putting a darker, semi-permanent color on top. My fairly light hair ended up quite a bit darker than I had hoped and not the same shade. In addition, I was charged for the extra color on top, to fix the hot roots. I guess you get what you pay for.
