MRT - WOW! After trying many types of massage treatments (deep tissue, Russian, Reiki, and the list goes on) I know I've come across the one that works for me! It has been a journey of months, quite frankly years, to achieve the level of relief that I have had from receiving Muscle Release Therapy massage from Karla at Moonstone. And its happened within three treatments! I'm actually beginning to feel like I have open space between my scapulas which means my level of comfort and range of motion are improving. I actually feel like I have space between my shoulder blades, and its a great feeling, as small as that may sound to some of you reading this. If you've suffered for any length of time from restricted mobility and pain this treatment and Karla are just what you have been seeking. And best of all you won't feel sore the next day either.....its impactful and I believe will allow my body to heal. Give it a try, I don't think you'll have any regrets :-)
