This place is a joke. The stylists are great, but the receptionist is incompetent. She doesn't know what she's doing and only wants to talk about cows.

| User Review - Happy Customer | This place is awesome!
I have always had a great experience here and today was no different. First, I had a complimentary hot foot soak as soon as I walked in. Then, I had an amazing massage. I didn't want it to end! Both of the massage therapists were booked but somehow they worked me in. I also had a great facial and a very relaxing pedicure. The women in my family have been coming here for years and we always will. It is a beautiful old house with lots of character, a nice staff, and good services...especially the massages!

| User Review - VERY D | BAD EXPERCIENCE
FIRST OFF I AM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT I RECEIVED THE WORST ONE HOUR MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. I LOVE MASSAGES AND LETS JUST SAY THAT I COULD NOT WAIT FOR IT TO BE OVER. I BARLEY FELT HER TOUCHING ME LET ALONE FELT ANY SORT OF RELAXATION. I ASK FOR HER TO PUSH HARDER AND IT DID NOT HELP AT ALL. THE WORST PART WAS THAT I SPENT THAT MUCH MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT WAS THAT MISERABLE. I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ELSE BUT I WILL DEFINATLEY NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
