Have had several treatments and each time have been very pleased.Amazing staff and hair stylist, very convenient and easy online booking. I was very well taken care of ! No reason to go any where else.!!

Very disappointed. I pre-paid for a facial and my appointment was cancelled 24 hours prior via text message. In the last 8 weeks I have tried to reschedule with the owner, Sarah Smelley, by leaving text messages, voicemails (when her mailbox isn't full), and I have even stopped by the shop. I finally tracked her down this week in person and was stunned by her response! No apology for being unreachable, no offer to get me on the schedule, just a defensive attitude that she had done nothing wrong. She denied my request for an appointment or refund and then proceeded to slam the store door in my face! Unbelievable. Will be contacting the BBB.

I recieved a Microdermabrasion at Beautiful Skincare Specialties,it was the best treatment i had ever recieved from a professional.The owner made you feel comfortable and relaxed and answerd all my question concerning my skincare needs.I would absolutley and will go back for further treatments.
