This salon is incredibly unprofessional and should be used at your own risk! I had a terrible hair experience with the staff and owner. I've used and encountered alot of awesome salons in my life - but Jilbere is the absolute worse and sorry excuse for a salon. Simply put - DON'T GO THERE.
