Had an appointment for a spa package purchased on groupon. It was rescheduled twice, and then on the day of the appointment I arrived and the bossiness wasn't open. What a bunch of crap. They redeemed the groupon the first time I called and I never even stepped foot into the business. I would NEVER, recommend this place to anyone. What a rip off. Luckily, groupon is supportive enough to refund your purchase.

Had to reschedule twice due to the companies cancelation. Rescheduled for Friday at 11 and I show up and the doors are locked and no one is here. Called groupon for a refund.. I would not recommend this to anyone. The worst possible service and spa I have ever encountered in my life. Please do not give them your money.. They redeemed my groupon the day I first scheduled and I never even stepped foot in the doors. Totally unreliable.

I am an employee at a local hospital and moved to town from out of state, the salon offers discounts to hospital employees so I thought I'd try it out. All I had to do was pull into the parking lot and I knew right away I was not going in. The windows were full of strang statues and toy like figures. I was appauled that this was called a "day spa"

To the point. Foiled my hair, stuck me under a hot dryer, my hair is burned. The Owner then tried to cover up by using smelly chemicals on my hair, then used thinning shears to try and tame the fried hair. She never told me what she had done, just worked as fast as possible to get me out of there. I have NEVER had anyone burn my hair before. If that wasn't horrible enough, the haircut looks like she put a bowl on my head. I have uneven cuts ALL over my head. The girls I work with have all come to look at my hair and are appauled! We can't believe a "salon" with this kind of "service" could be open. She even charged me FULL price. Please, BEWARE!

I went with my mom for my birthday. I wanted an eye brow wax, hair color & cut. My mom wanted a facial and pedicure. It was outrageously over priced, they are very low-end. It was the most unclean salon I have even been in. I would recommend nobody to go for ANY service offered here.
