I was at the new salon on Maple Ave in Smithtown, Winston did my nails, The first time he did my nails he as friendly and nice as pie.....The next 2 times I went there his customer service skills really went down hill......I sat in the chair he didnt even greet me, NOT A HELLO, HOW R U DOING / NOTHING...It was the most arkward hour of service ever in my life...Well winston good job of losing business....U need to learn to speak English, This is America, Not China!!!!!! Terrible customer service, Winston never spoke a word to me the entire hour in the chair,he was rough and rude!!!!!!Id never go there again!!!!!! Very uncomfortable experience, he speaking to the crew in chineese,makes me feel like hes talking abou me!!!!!! Grow up Winst

Everyone that worked there was so nice. I got the uv nails for the first time there and in 3 days they were already getting loose! I was able to pop them off myself! I would never go back.
